Our History

At the beginning, we only focus on our inner PP woven bag market. Occasionally, we found the great opportunity at the overseas market. Luckily, we grab the opportunity to open the door of East and south Asia like Thailand, Malaysia, India, Laos etc, and develop at fast speed. But in later few years, we begin to realize the importance to own advanced technology to struggle at the fierce competition. After several years research, finally, we own core technology at manufacturing complex PP woven bag such as BOPP woven bag, paper PP woven bag, stretch film etc Then many customers from Europe, American, Africa begin to DO OEM, ODM design.

Factory

Our 500 circular weaving machines with 50 different production lines, could manufacture bags more than 100 tons;

Production lines includes mesh bag, tons bag and normal PP woven bag and also have more than 80 color printing machines to do custom design;

Packing Machines are over 50, pack the bag by pressing, binding by rope; Also could pack as customers′ requirement;

And for the stretch film, we can produce different kinds of thickiness and different colors.

More than 200 skilled workers devote themselves into our factory;

Professional Team

Our different departments have close connection and make sure that we could satisfy our customers at the first time.

1. Reserch and development department: They pay attention to doing researching about what bags are popular at overseas market and design the PP bag according to their research. Also help customers design their own logo and products;

2. Sales Team: 80% teamers has been in the PP woven bag field over 5-10 years, they have sharp sense to the international packaging market and know what the customers need. Quick reaction and professional advice win customers ′trust.

3. Production Team: Before arranging production, we will make sure every little details of the bag with sales department, and will make a sample for confirmation before doing bulk production. Our QC will also check the products in the middle of the production for several times. Our staffs have rich experience in sewing and printing bags.

4. Quality Control Team: Before the shipment, QC Team will check the products seriously according to customers′ requirements such as the quantity, the printing effect, the way to seal top and bottom, the weight per bag, tension strength etc; We only could ship the goods after getting our QC team and sales representatives′ permission; Also welcome customers′ own QC team to testing our bags;
